BREAKING: Abuja Doctors Embark on Indefinite Strike

Before now, we had thought that in governance, there are areas where politics cannot be conveniently played because it bothers on not just essential service but crucial service.

I cannot believe that in the FCT, Association of Resident Doctors (ARD) would ever contemplate such action because common sense will tell any Minister in charge that the crucial services of this Association cannot just be priority number one but the only priority in allocation of the scarce resource in every budget year.

So all the adore, respect and description of the Mall. Muhammad Musa Bello’s FCT administration as humanitarian does not even have priority ability to recognize that it will be insane to allow Resident Doctors embark on an indefinite strike during the reign of #Covid19 pandemic?

What would Mall. Muhammad Musa Bello tell Nigerians about according and treating priorities as the basic knowledge of governance and health care provision is not a priority in his knowledge to have allowed crucial sector as the health sector and the major players embark on indefinite strike?

The Minister who before now had immunity from Nigerians on criticism because of his prudent antecedent and moral endowment has proven that such description of his character is just political hype and cares not about the Health of Nigerians but the interest of construction contractors. This is simply insane and put it anyway.

I want to suggestively advise the Minister to use his early morning strategy of demolishing and displacing poor people from their houses that before the day break, the demand of the Residents Doctors in the FCT be met to avert the all time dangerous strike.

Otherwise, We will mobilize and shutdown administrative activities throughout the FCTA secretariat this morning being 1st September, 2020.
