Governor Hope Uzodimma of Imo State has appointed 16 directors to head the various directorates of the Renewed Hope Ambassadors, RHA, as part of moves to strengthen the organisation’s structure and operations.
Uzodimma, who is the Director General and National Coordinator of the group, announced the appointments in a statement issued on Friday by the Director of Media and Publicity of the organisation, Tunde Rahman.
The statement said President Bola Tinubu designated the Renewed Hope Ambassadors in November 2025 as a platform to take the activities and achievements of the administration’s Renewed Hope Agenda to communities across the country ahead of the 2027 election campaign.
According to the statement, Kaduna State Governor, Uba Sani, serves as Deputy Director General of the group, while Gombe State Governor, Mohammed Inuwa, is Secretary. Hon. James Abiodun Faleke was named Deputy Secretary.
It added that the structure of the organisation comprises six zonal coordinators, 37 state coordinators and 774 local coordinators nationwide.
The newly appointed directors include Dr Mustapha Abdullahi for Youth; Chief Olisa Metuh for Organisation and Mobilization; Tunde Rahman for Media and Publicity; Sunday Dare for Digital and New Media; and Mele Kolo Geidam for Finance.
Others are Muiz Banire, SAN, for Monitoring, Compliance and Legal; Bisoye Coker-Odusote for Technology and Data; Abubakar Rabiu Abubakar for Support Groups; Ibrahim Garba for Intelligence; Senator Sani Musa for Special Duties; and Hon. Simon Karu for Planning.
Also appointed are Dr Halima Suleiman Zakari for Welfare; Dr Nnamdi Maurice Mbaeri for Administration; Bilikisu Muhammed Kaika for Women Affairs; Abike Dabiri for Diaspora; and Hadiza Bala Usman for Research and Innovation.
The appointments are aimed at improving the organisational effectiveness of the Renewed Hope Ambassadors as it expands its activities across the country, the statement added.
