The National Agency for Science and Engineering Infrastructure (NASENI) has launched the Second Call for Proposals under the DELTA-2 Programme, aimed at strengthening cooperation between Nigerian innovators and Czech enterprises.
Speaking at the launch, NASENI’s Executive Vice Chairman/CEO, Khalil Suleiman Halilu, noted that Africa’s green economy is projected to create 3.3 million jobs by 2030. “These aren’t just numbers but proof that innovation is the engine of prosperity,” he said.
The DELTA-2 Programme builds on the success of its maiden edition, focusing on applied research, industrial solutions, and commercialization of outcomes. It is designed to turn ideas into solutions, laboratories into markets, and knowledge into jobs, fully aligned with President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s #RenewedHope Agenda on food security, energy transition, and industrialization.
